Four steps to a confirmed order
No confirmation, no preparation. Your order is locked in once we reply "Noted po" or "Order confirmed".

- We send your totalIncluding the delivery fee, which depends on distance.
- Pay and send proofGCash or bank transfer. Orders under ₱2,000 can pay cash on delivery or pick-up.
- We confirm"Noted po" means we're preparing it. Allow 30–45 minutes, or 1–2 hours for same-day bulk orders.

Delivery and cancellation
- We deliver within the Municipality of Aliaga. The delivery fee is based on distance and paid by the customer.
- Advance orders are encouraged, especially for bulk orders.
- Please pick up your order on time.
- Cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery.
- Once food is being prepared or is out for delivery, it can't be cancelled or refunded.
